Administration of Criminal Justice: Contribute to policy, legislative reform in the criminal justice system, and implementation of the administration of criminal justice legislation across Nigeria through research, strategic planning and the provision of technical advisory services. We undertake targeted projects to enhance the capacities of justice providers, fostering comprehensive training for key actors such as the judiciary, legal practitioners, and law enforcement agencies.

b. Administration of Civil Justice: Law Hub embarks on impactful projects designed to enhance civil justice delivery. We actively engage in policy and legislative reform within the civil justice framework. Law Hub passionately dedicates its efforts to bolstering the effectiveness and quality of services within civil justice institutions, also fostering fairness, efficiency, accountability, transparency, and integrity.

c. Law Reforms and Legislative Advocacy: Law Hub supports the Legislature to carry out their legislative functions. We leverage our expertise to provide technical assistance and advisory services to support the drafting of bills, conduct research, and draft legislative proposals. At Law Hub, we care about shaping legal frameworks to align with contemporary needs and societal values. We also prepare and support public hearings at the legislature. We conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas in need of reform. Law Hub is also at the vanguard of legislative advocacy activities that promote fairness, justice, and the protection of rights.

Law Hub proposes to develop a Legislative Implementation Strategy designed for effective and efficient implementation of laws enacted by the National Assembly. This is because most legislation enacted by the National Assembly do not have implementation strategy.

d. E-Judiciary and E- Legislature: Law Hub is committed to championing the integration of technology in both the judiciary and the legislature to enhance efficiency and accessibility. In the area of e-legislature, we advocate for the implementation of electronic voting systems, real-time legislative tracking tools, and virtual parliamentary sessions to enhance transparency and public engagement in policy making. Simultaneously, our efforts in e-judiciary aim to revolutionise court proceedings with online case management systems, e-filing capabilities for legal documents, and virtual court rooms for remote hearings. By leveraging these innovative technologies, Law Hub seeks to empower institutions with greater efficiency, accessibility and accountability, ensuring that governance evolves to meet the demands of the digital era while safeguarding democratic principles and the rule of law.
